hello sir
azithromycin tablet can be taken for 5 days .
it is usually prescribed for upper respiratory tract infection for 3 to 5 days depending on severity of infection .
Next Steps
if sore throat is not better with the azithromycin and the anticold medicines please revisit your doctor.
