Hello, first point is there is no medical treatment for azoospermia so don't waste your money and time. in azoospermia it is better to go for testicular biopsy, if the sperm production  is normal then there may be chance of obstruction in its pathway then the surgeons do retrival of sperms and after that you can go for ART( artificial reproductive technologies). If there is nill production then the options are you can go for donar sperm or for adoption.
