B12 deficiency
I am 24yrs female , i am pure vegetarian and been suffering from b12 deficiency , dermatologist suggested me to take mm×b12 supplements for lifetime for 2months after every 2 months of gap , But i find mm×b12 very expensive , whereas another doctor suggested me to take neurobion forte for lifetime after evry 2months of gap, but i doubt whether taking neurobion for lifetime is safe ? Do it have any side effects or can be harmful in future ?

If you have been diagnosed with blood deficiency of vitamin b12, you are advised to take b 12 supplements for lifelong. But if you can have b 12 rich diet like dairy products/non veg, do take vitamin b 12 for atleast six months.
Next Steps
Take 1500 mcg of vitamin b 12 daily with food for six months
Health Tips
Add half a litre of dairy products to your diet daily.
