Yes u can,along with one course of antiamoebic tab., also 1 tab.antiworm chewable at bed time ,1 dose only.also plenty curd with jeera(it bhuna wala).it may cure malabsorption syndrome.plenty vit. C containing fruits and lemon,few drops in cereals.
