Baby conceiving
Doctor,
Me and my husband are planning for baby since last 6-7 months but yet no successful result.I have regular periods.Something we are doing wrong,kindly tell me the doctor what is the exact time, exact position and frequency of sex per day,duration of days of sex to conceive baby.Also doctor i experience less cervical mucus after period,also i feel tender breast,stomach pain,gastric problem every month 10 days prior to my period. Kindly help us to come out with this problem we shall be thankful to you.

Chances of conceiving in a month are 7-10% even in healthy couples. So it may normally take an year to conceive. Daily sex around 14th day of your cycle will increase your chances. Consume a healthy balanced diet. Quit smoking and alcohol if any of you indulge in that
