Syp paracetamol (125mg- 5 ml) 5ml 6 hourly x 3 days Syp  sinarest af 2.5 ml 8 hourly x 3 days

If the fever is mild to moderate you can give Paracetamol according to body weight and antihistamines containing cough syrup and saline nasal drops. If child is lethargic, not taking feed properly or the fever is high grade consult your pediatrician as early as possible.
