Baby is losing weight continuously
My baby is 1 year old and she has cold and cough from last 10 days... after blood test dr said she has blood infection and given medicines... her platelet count and wbc are very high.. her weight was 9.5 and today its 8.7.. in 2-3 days she has lost 700-800 gm.. pls suggest is this normal in such infection or what... reports are attached.. she is not eating anything..

Yes the levels are high Looks like infection And there is significant weight loss Is the child suffering from fever also If yes since how many days Please consult for detailed evaluation. Thank you

With cold and cough, high WBC count, have to suspect pneumonia. Will need IV /oral antibiotics
Next Steps
Also a urine microscopy to rule out Uti
