I am 19 weeks 6 days pregnant. Yesterday my baby was active and he was kicking more frequently. But today I have not felt any kick since morning. I am very worried is everything ok with my baby??

Movements become well organised still later aftwr 22-24 weeks
Right now it must be very starting of feeling movements
Best time to feel movements is after full food lying on one side and concentrating on movements for an hour.

Daily fetal movement count after breakfast lunch and dinner for 1 hour and total in a day more than 10 is good

Take high carbohydrates diet when reduced fetal movements are felt
