Baby is not kicking
I am 19 weeks 6 days pregnant. Yesterday my baby was active and he was kicking more frequently. But today I have not felt any kick since morning. I am very worried is everything ok with my baby??

Is ir first pregnancy? Movements become well organised still later aftwr 22-24 weeks Right now it must be very starting of feeling movements Best time to feel movements is after full food lying on one side and concentrating on movements for an hour. Daily fetal movement count after breakfast lunch and dinner for 1 hour and total in a day more than 10 is good
Next Steps
Take high carbohydrates diet when reduced fetal movements are felt Take small frequent meals like lemon rice or coconut rice or curd rice 7-8 times a day
Health Tips
Sleep in left lateral position for 2 hours at afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime

Nothing to worry observe for baby movements,lie down in Left side eat something, your baby movements will increase, after 20  weeks you will feel better movements.
