Baby not passing motion since 5 days
My baby is 4 months old. She is passing motion late each time, usually after 5 to 6 days. Why does this delay in passing motion happen, and what precautions we have to take to make the motion passing regular in the baby.

If baby is feeding normally,is active, doesn't have abdominal distension,and the consistency of stools is soft and formed,then relax.
