Baby not pooping properly
From past one month my baby is constipated but from past some 10 to 15 days she is having a rashes at the pooping point because of which she is not passing motion properly doing very little many time n while doinh shr is crying i asked her doc she gave duphalac but no use n today i took het dpt vaccination 1 n half year once after the shot shr didnt poop till now she got fever because of shot so what to do i m not getting please help me thought of takung her to doc but now after crying aloot she slept.

Ctying fever is common after vaccination
No need of any medication for constipation
If perianal rashes then use
Siloderm ointment for local application 3times a day for 2 days
