Baby sleeping less
My baby is 4 months old.Earlier he used to sleep well but from 2-3 weeks he is frequently waking up in night almost every 30-40 min.Sometimes he is full awake in night and starts playing like rolling over.I tried every option to make him sleep in night like silence, dark room ,less naps during daytime but still he wakes up.I searched on net about 4 months sleep regression .Is it true? He neither cry in night nor feeding issue. What else can be done for this??

Untill child behavior is not irritable and child is playful, don't worry. Don't go too much into internet for issues, u will be misguided as unprocessed information can cause unnecessary worries. Child looks normal and just required routine care.
