Baby weight is not gaining
My baby is 3 months 3 weeks old her birth weight is 3.25 kg and now she is 5.45 kg height 61 cm and head circumference 39 cm.
I breastfeed after every 2 hours

Feed one breast at a time for at least 10-15 mins,...if baby is playful n active, can add an iron supplement...

Dear parents,
When baby is on exclusive mothers milk weight gain is as follows for,first four months 0.750gms to 1.000kg per month, second quarter 0.500gms to . 0.750gms per month &in last quarter 0.400to0.500gms per month.
After 6month semi solid diet is started.
So weight of your baby after 3months is very good.
Ht is also very good
