To begin with it is not easily said as normal or abnormal, because growth parameters can only be interpreted so as to whether they are in the allowed limit.
Having said that with details provided your baby was on 25th percentile for weight at birth , but now she has come down to 5th percentile for weight (simply that means though the weight has increased it has not increased as much as expected). And the length is at25th centile which is good.
But the final interpretation and further decision regarding intervention ( if needed) should be taking only after taking account of the trend in weight and length growth. So might need a proper follow up.
Next Steps
Do mention this concern of yours to the pediatrician on your next follow up , and request him to explain with growth charts, which should also be used for following up the baby later on.
Health Tips
Since the baby is already on exclusive breast feeding that is one good thing. But if still any intervention needed it can be decided after a proper consultation.
