Dear Practo user , Truncal acne are bit resistant to conventional treatment. Avoid milk and milk products and bakery items and high glycemic index food. Depending upon grade of acne , correct treatment can be started with visible results in a month. In the meantime use Salicylic acid containing bodywash or soap.
