Hello Doctors , I got caesarian for delivery on 20 June 2017 , after 10-11 days severe lower back pain started with neck pain and head spinning and continuous vomitting of yellow liquid. I'm on medication from last 2 weeks but no much improvement. Could you suggest something by viewing the attached prescription and MRI reports. Thanks in Advance.

HELLO, YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN. THEIR IS PROBLEM IN VERTEBRAE T1, T2 N L4 L5. TABLET NEXPRO RD200 BEFORE BREAKFAST N DINNER FOR  TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS. TABLET STEMETIL MD PUT ONE TABLET UNDER THE TOUNGE FOLLOWED BY REST YOU CAN TAKE THREE IN ONE DAY. TABLET ENDOMAC ONE TABLET AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. O.K BYE.
