Back catch when got up straight form bed
I got up straight form bed, not side ways. Now I have extreme pain while moving or bending my lower back. I have applied pain relief ointment but no use. I feel there is some muscle catch and I can feel the pull. Pl Let me know if some particular streching can help or any other solution. Urgent help needed

It seems to be an acute muscular spasm, these pains are discomforting and debilitating. Take one Analgesic + muscle relaxant combination. Apply gel and over it apply cotton hot fomentation.
Next Steps
Do not lie down on bed for long periods. Bend forward to touch your toes slowly. Pull up stretching.
Health Tips
Do not lift heavy weight while ur back is bent.

Avoid getting up straight from bed. Can turn and get up. Try painkillers for few days. Avoid strain to back by nit bending.
Next Steps
Consult if no improvement.

There seems to be an acute muscle spasm in lower back muscles due to sudden jerk while getting up.. Is there any pain in lower limbs.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant, apply analgesic ointment locally..
Health Tips
Take bed rest for now.. Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet ..
