  4. Back muscle swelling. Reason it happen?

Back muscle swelling
From 4, 5 i feel Swelling in my back underlying my muscle. Size is same. No other symptoms. What is it? In 2012 i m doing exercise in gym. For that reason it happen?

Needs in person evaluation. swelling in back should not be taken lightly. Please consider seeing your orthopaedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Likely that the swelling is benign in nature but in few cases can be due to underlying pathology warranting intervention.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
