I used have pain in my back muscles, usually if I am sitting on chair in office. Is it because of lack of calcium or some vitamins.
Also suggest calcium and protein rich veg. Foods

Get up from your chair and do some stretching exercises every 30-45 mins throughout the day. What you are feeling is stiffness due to sitting in one position for long time
