Back neck pain with grinding sound
This problem is started from a minor accident.
I am having back neck pain more. As i was took the X-Ray on my back neck, but nothing happen to be wrong in my cervical bone structure. When i tilting my neck (right to left and left to right) the grinding sound come out from back neck. That sound comes internally, so no one hear that noise.

Try hot fomentation, gentle neck movements as tolerable. Take painkillers if there is pain for couple of days.
