Back pain after lying down
Sir, i have severe back pain at night or anytime I'm lying down on my back. i have difficulty turning in bed. i have tried many different mattresses but it doesn't help. i have also got mri and xray done and consulted 5 different doctors who have checked the reports thoroughly but found nothing wrong. could this be because of deficiency? any help is appreciated

It looks like Age related wear and tear changes in spine ... Do swimming or yoga to strengthen your core muscles !
