Back pain & lack of sleep
For God's sake, someone help me with the said problem. I have consulted two orthopedic surgeons from a reputed hospitals and one physician regarding my back pain and insomnia problem. Everyone said that it is because of lack of physical activity and gave some pain killer which never worked. I have been visiting doctors from last 3 months for the same problem. I was given with vitamin supplements after testing the blood and finding vitamin deficiency. Kindly understand that I cannot keep switching the doctors and get the same input from everyone. I'm confused now whether to consult a orthopedic or general physician for this problem. Whomever I meet recommend certain things and never bother to diagnose the problem further to check if it is actually a bone or muscular or nerves problem.. No scanning done yet. Why don't doctors understand that the problem might be because of any other reason and recommend the right doctor to consult. I have been suffering this from 6 months. Kindly suggest

Might b u have this problam bcoz of work stress and not enough rest or lack of physical activity and exercises. Once u should do MRI for perfect diagnosis.. There r many reasons for back pain. Consult with nearest physiotheraly. He wil diagnosis by some physical tests regarding ur problam. U should maintain ur smart posture. Use waist brace during work and drive. Physiotherapy wil teach u some pain management exercises.. Once u should consult with neuro surgen also. So u consult with physio for further guidence, he wil give electrotherapy treatment and hot pack for pain management.. I hope u wil get better soon.. Thanks
