My Husband is 31 and he constantly complain of back pain, mostly lower back but at times entire and also feel nausea a lot.

Usually back pain is ergonomics related , nausea is different entity.
Clinical examination is must to come to the conclusion.
Late night sleep schedule seems to be the reason behind this.
