Back pain and high pulse
I am having back pain in the upper left portion since last night. Thought it was a muscle pain and would wear off by morning but it is increasing ever since. Sometimes I feel the pain is spreading in the fingers or the upper right back especially when I am trying to lie down. My pulse rate is always high since the last few months (90-110). Is this a heart problem or a gastritis/muscle pain?

Hello.. Well yes the common causes of it are gastritis, muscle spasm and realted to heart...So we start ruling out one by one..I would suggest you get an ecg done to rule out heart issues and anxiety issues. And the  to use muscle relaxant for 5 days and see..If the pain doesn't subside then go for antacids for a month...Thank you
