Back pain from long times
Back pain from last 1 year right side of the upper hip. No problem entire the day only before wake up feel lots of pain. Difficult to movement during that time. I have a regular life 9-6 job. I wake up at 7:30. Sometime in night also I sleep get distrub due to back pain. Plz help

U should take frequent breaks in between while sitting for long. Along with that use Hot water Fomentation. Also consult to the Physiotherapist and start strengthening and stretching exercises for back and core muscles.
