Your back pain could be due to muscle spasm or muscle strain.
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day for a week. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting take breaks in between work. Avoid frequent staircase climbing and bending activities. Avoid lifting heavy weights.

Please share complete details regarding your regular routine activities... cause of pain or when it all started etc. Bet would be to do an online video consultation so that assessment can be done... and thereafter we can suggest you..
Next Steps
don't delay much... back ache is completely  curable but delay in treatment can make it chronic so start back care and graded strengthening and stretching regime at the earliest...
Health Tips
kindly dont depend on random suggestions ... it might aggravate the condition.  Take proper video consult or in person  visit to a therapist.
