Back pain on left side
I am having back pain on left side at particular point. What can be the possible causes of this pain. Is it because of surgical abortion(before 3 weeks)??

First of all try and change your sitting habits, do not lean on one side while sitting Do not take weight on one leg while standing Little ergonomic changes will help you drastically Also, later you will have to work on flexibility and core strengthening

Pain could be there because of multiple reasons so if the pain is more then you should consult a physiotherapist/physician/your doctor who did the surgery.
