As a Spine Specialist, I see similar patients very commonly. Few days of lower back pain, without pain radiating to the legs, is nothing to worry about.
Some muscle relaxant and mild pain meds are usually sufficient and physical therapy in the form of local Short wave diathermy/ Interferential therapy helps. Any good physio centre should have it.
MOST IMPORTANT-once pain settles down, you need to start on BACK and CORE MUSCLE STRENGTHENING EXERCISES, TO PREVENT FUTURE EPISODES OF PAIN.
Next Steps
Please consult a Spine specialist to rule out any other condition that might need further assessment
Health Tips
Avoid sitting on the floor, long car drives / two wheeler riding and lifting heavy objects for next 2 weeks

What is the question?
If it's routine back ache due to exertion, take rest, apply heat, and analgesic spray or ointment.
If the pain is not decreasing with rest and over the counter analgesic spray... You require a proper consult and physical examination.
