Hi ! lumbar spondylosis in this age is secondary to a degenerative spine disease. Basic therapy includes exercises and weight reduction. To mask the associated pain and to make patient symptomatically better, add a muscle relaxant, analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication to treatment. also you can get help with interferential therapy for a weeks time. please consider visiting your orthopaedic doctor for exact diagnosis and treatment follow up
