Back spine
Actually in childhood I used to bent a lot while sitting. Eventually I started realising a bent spine while walking so then gradually I started walking straight. Since then when I walk my back posture looks perfect but when I sit at some point I do bent over. I've checked my spine & I feel that it is little bent although it looks straight so what do I need to do to improve my posture & for spine health. Do I need to visit chiropractor?

You need to check the spine xray first to see if the spine curvature is ok or not and manage accordingly.
