Can probably be due to the sleeping surface or position. Have you recently changed the matress? Or place of sleep? Sleeping on a comparatively non yielding, ie hard bed is better for the spine. Also during lockdown lifestyle has been totally different, try to add exercises to your daily routine and be as active as you can be
