Please keep rest in correct posture.
Do lukewarm water formantation at back for 10 minutes.
It may be due to lumber lardosis, dont worry about it, if you are in correct resting position it will be gone by and by.
And please consult your gynaecologist also for some pain relief medicine or muscles relaxant.
Do some exercises of spinal bridging under supervision of physiotherapist.
