Though most of the antiallergics are safe in lactating mothers, fexofenadine is considered the safer bet. Very low levels of the drug is excreted in milk, causing mild irtitability in rare cases, not requiring medical attention.
So, Tab Allegra 120 mg OD x 3 days may be taken
Also, steam inhalation with Karvol reapules would help too. Keep yourself hydrated.
