I have problem of mind...I suddenly starts laughing and continuously again again without any good thought...how to cure this

You may have to undergo EEG test if possible during such an episode. It could possibly be a genetic seizure. You may see a psychiatrist at the earliest to rule out this and see if you have emotional incontinence. In either case you will need medicine.
