I m suffering from stress due to which I m unable to adopt good lifestyle..anger stress is much...my physical and mental health is deteriorating.please suggest something thanks

Try incorporating following things in your routine:
1. Start getting up early.
2. Do some exercise to give your day a head start.
3. Try doing Meditation to stay calm and relaxed.
4. Drink plenty of water. It will maintain your body metabolism and keep you healthy, which automatically will improve your mental status.
5. Before consulting a Psychiatrist try talking to a family member or your friends.
And remember Whatever you are getting stressed about is just a part of your life. Whatever happens life goes on. So relax and do what your heart pleases.
