Dear Sir Is there any Particular reason for your stress. Please see a professional for a detailed evaluation which will include a physical aa well as psychological assessment. Treatment may consist of medication and psychological therapy depending upon the outcome of assessment. You can try certain lifestyle modification measures like meditation and regular Exercise. You might have to find out what is pressuring you to get this intense, does it need to do with any medical intervention or emotional? Get medical examination done,  if it doesn't have to do with it,  then you might have to talk to any psychotherapist or counselor to get into the route cause, hope that helps.
