Bad problem of dandruff from a very long
I apply dilute lemon mixture (half lemon + 2 spoon water + half spoon coconut oil) on my scalp . Is it fine to remove dandruff ? Or using lemon mixture on scalp is safe or not?

Dandruff is a scalp condition occurs due to scalp dryness or even environmental cause. Lemon is acidic in nature.... Over use of it either in quantity or frequency on scalp is not advisable.

You should not apply lemon juice on your scalp as along with removing dandruff from your scalp it will also wipes off oil and moisture from it and also make your hair dry. Also these methods only act on surface not on the actual cause of dandruff. So may be on using these Ingredients on scalp may remove it temporarily but it will be back soon with much more intensity.

How old is your dandruff and does it bleed or has oily scales. It might not just be a dandruff. It could be some other chronic issue such as psoriasis, seborrhagic dermatitis, eczema or something else. You should share your picture for better understanding.
