Yes white hair may be due to stress and there may be other deficiencies which can be tested
For the bald patches, a photo will be needed to assess and then treat
Same for the itchy patches
Hello Sir.
I hope you are well and working on your anxiety.
Only working out wont help you release the stress, as its also mental and emotional stress.
You will need to do an online consultation where you may share pictured and give a detailed history.
The white hair could be stress induced. However, the bald patched and red itchy lesions will require a more detailed history and examination to determine the exact cause. Please take online consultation for the same.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
