Bangalore weather allergies
Hi, my friend is having cold and cough for last 3-4 months continuously.
It might be due to Bangalore weather. She consulted a ENT doctor, doctor said its bcz of weather condition and prescribed some medicines.
Even though she is taking medicines, but there is no improvement in her condition. She even struggles to breathe sometimes.
Her periods also skipped for 2 months. She has become weak.
She is very miserable due to continuous cough and cold, plz suggest something.

Hello! Your friend's problem could be allergic rhinitis with or without sinusitis. She will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses to evaluate further and determine the treatment accordingly. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
