Banker - Severe back and shoulder pain
I'm 31 years age lady. I work in bank and need to travel for 70 to 80 kms in bus. I have having severe back pain and shoulder pain. Can you please help me

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front. • Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side.

Hi, As u r banker, u r in stress of workload and second travell affect u more. So start taking break in between work n do small walk n stretch ur whole body. Next follow ergonomics of office related to chair, table n computer etc. Also visit the physiotherapist near by u.
