Based on attached report is it typhoid
Can you confirm is it typhoid based on the attached widal test? Fever comes and goes in while during evenings and ESR Test result is showing as 50

Well, it may be typhoid as there is evidence of increased lymphocyte count. But Widal test report shows borderline antibody titre. Do you have fever for at least 7 days? Otherwise it will be difficult to judge Widal test report. Sometimes Widal test might become positive in a person with some other infection if he had suffered from typhoid even once in his lifetime .

You may consult a physician as these reports should be correlated with clinical features and Typhidot IgM and Blood culture reports if necessary
