My baby has a BCG scar apeared on her arm after 1.5 month of vaccination is it normal?

Dear parents,
At birth BCG vaccine is given, after one & half month a papule appear, a reddish swelling, which is converted to pustule, with pus, this rupture leaving a shallow ulcer, this ulcer heals slowly, leaving a scar, this take another one & half month.
When pus & ulcer is form, only cleaning with warm water is needed.
