Use Homoeopathic medicine Arnica Montana Q to apply locally. Don't expect results in few days. Also shave the beard every alternate day for 3-4 months.

Testosterone is necessary for the beard growth if hairs are patchy . It can be decreased due to any stress, obesity, sedentary work ,tension and diet related. Take protein rich diet with multivitamins. If any disease condition like fungal infection or alopecia areata is there then you should go for homoeopathic treatment. Please share your pictures (beard area) so that diagnosis can be completed and your treatment will be started accordingly. You can consult me online for the treatment as full case history is required.

Some times your diet and hormonal imbalances, and even stress may be the factors for poor beard growth and  at times it may be genetics. Some fungal infections have been linked to causing hair loss in the beard region as well as dental issues and autoimmune conditions Another potential cause is not getting enough exercise. Exercise increases the testosterone levels in your body. Testosterone is a hormone that plays a crucial role in stimulating hair growth. However still you ae young so improve your diet, shave once or twice a week. Massage your face, take steam on your face twice a week, take vitamins C and E and improve your diet. Donot put on extra weight. Wait for 6 months before seeking any treatment.

Alopecia areata is the loss of hair in circular or oval patches from the scalp or eyebrows, beard, etc. The bald patches are usually of the size of a coin. Complete loss of hair can also occur in some patients. Alopecia areata is a fairly common skin disorder and about 1 percent of the population is affected. Unlike other kinds of hair loss, alopecia areata is a reversible hair loss if the follicles of hair are not damaged.
Next Steps
It might be due to some underlying condition which can be diagnosed by proper case taking.
Health Tips
Go for full term homeopathic treatment.
