Becomes weak and uneasy
My father of age 50 yrs diabetic is nowadays feeling so uneasy and weaker. His BP is fluctuating since 1 month. Even though bp level goes to 150/86 or 140/83 his body starts shivering and feels dizzyness sometimes mild and sometimes more than moderate. His triglycerides count is 98. Sometimes when sugar comes to 90 to 100 level also he starts shivering and bp also gets high to 160. I would like to kindly let me know what might be issue with my father. His medications is also uploaded.

According to ur  description, I feel the  main  issue is  fluctuating  blood  sugar. He is suffering from  low sugar, sometime  of the  day.

So going by ur history your father may be having fluctuations in the sugars are blood pressure. Other that that there are many other reasons which may cause such symptoms. So better to a general blood test and consult.
