Bed wetting at the age of 16
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have been facing the issue of bed wetting since a month. It is occasion, as in I had it almost 4-5 times within a month.
I was going through this when I was 12 years old. As I passed through the stage, it stopped. It has started again. I desperately need help. Kindly let me know what can I do to cure myself.

Stop drinking water 1hour before your bed time. Before sleeping empty your bladder. If symptom persists then we may need to look for urine routine.
