Behaviour issue of my son
This is regarding behaviour issue of my son. I m describing the issues in below line. The issue was not so serious but now it is becoming out of control. I need an appointment with doctor, however, want to impliment any suggestions before visiting . He is 24 year old , B Tech , now doing MBA. 1. His mood swings too much , v dont know what will he do next moment ...his decisions are continuously changing. 2. He doesnt socialise at all and normaly lives aloof life.however, he spends too much time with his 2-3 child hood friends. 3. He has no bonds with family. He is single child. 4. He is highly highly over confident. He continuously fails on day to day life , education and career. His success in education so far has been due to excessive. external support 5. Very adventourous , has met with several life threatening accidents in the past. 6. Too much critices and finds fault in others, never accepts and look into his mistakes and improvement . 7. Highly selfish and irresponsible.

He may have some underlying personality issues and if they are affecting his socio-occupational functioning then they need  treatment. Consult a Psychiatrist/Clinical Psychologist for detailed assessment and treatment.

He could be having some underlying personality traits - cluster B Kindly visit a psychiatrist for a more detailed evaluation and psych testing for a clearer diagnosis and accordingly he’ll be started on therapy and if needed meds
