Please be more clear with the symptoms.if it's only pain then it may be trigeminal neuralgia too.in bells palsy you cannot close the eye completely on the involved side and there is also deviation of angle of mouth on grinning.without making a proper diagnosis it's difficult to treat.consult a neurologist or Neurosurgeon nearby
