Consult a gynaecologist fir further evaluation. The symptoms which u have provided is not enogh and clinical examination is needed for further evaluation. 1)This above symptoms may be due to uterus prolapse leading to urinary bladder pressure causing urinary symptoms and pain due stretching of ligaments which support uterus. 2) urinary tract infection can also cause this symptoms
