1 Egg = 6 gm of protein
It contains most of the minerals .
Most of vitamins including vit. A vit. D vit. B12
Vit. B6. Vit. E
Amino acids
So if you take 1 egg per day you consume many imp part of diet.
For diabetic person better to eat egg white.
