Benign right axillary lymph nodes
We met doctor,He said reports are normal come after 3 months like that. Pl suggest us. shall we wait for 3 months or what is the treatment for benign right axillary lymph nodes? My Query Last one year Back my mother has Breast Cancer (Left)- Carcinoma - operated & did 8 times chemo. past 3 months she has itches in right arm pits & sometimes feel tired, we went to hospital they told to take mammogram,dexa,CBC,LFT etc. in that Mamogram results is given below for your reference.USG screening: No significant abnormality noted in right breast Post operative site over left chest wall & left axilla are normal Prominent lymph nodes with preserved fatty hilum are seen in right axilla,Largest measuring 22X9 mm in size Impression: known case of carcinoma left Breast-post left Mastectomy status. No significant abnormality noted in right Breast Benign right axillary lymph node Answer From Dr. Aravind S Kapali Get a surgical oncologists to see it. he might ask for fnac if it suspicious

Seems ur surgeon is ok with the examination of ur axilla follow up after 3 mts with him
