Hi Doc,
I have lower back pain.Two years ago I had a severe muscle spasm/rapture due to heavy lifting. I observe medium density pain if I sit for more than 15 minutes. I need a suggestion on best ergonomic chair for work from home purpose as I work 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Kindly advise.

An ergonomic chair on its own is not the solution. The ergonomic chair will be useful if you know to convert the entire workstation in an tailor-made ergonomic manner. The dynamics of the table, the alignment and position of your monitor and the accessories all play a role in creating an ergonomic workstation environment.

I would suggest to buy a standard company chair.
